Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available.

Delivery Timeline

- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. DesiVogue.in will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is received in a damaged condition or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the package.
